Complaints and Disputes From India
Since 1 May 2026 online money games are prohibited in India under the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act 2025. This edition explains; it does not invite anyone to play for money.
In regulated markets, a player with a dispute can escalate to a regulator. In India that route does not exist for online casinos: no Indian licence for real-money online gaming exists, so no Indian body supervises how an offshore operator treats its customers. This page explains what options remain.
A written complaint to the operator
The only party that can resolve an account dispute is the operator. Write from your registered email, include the account details, dates, amounts and transaction references, attach screenshots, and state clearly what you are asking for — for example, closure of the account and return of the balance. Keep all replies together.
The operator's own escalation route
Offshore operators usually name, in their terms, a dispute service or the foreign authority that licensed them. Those bodies may accept complaints, but they apply their own rules, may expect you to have waited for the operator's response, and have no power in India. A foreign licence does not make online money games legal in India.
Banks and cyber cells
If money was taken by fraud — a fake site, a fake app, a fake support agent — contact your bank at once and report the fraud to your state or union territory cyber cell. Under the 2025 Act, investigations are handled by state and union territory cyber cells, and MeitY can order blocking. Keep every piece of evidence: screenshots, numbers, references and messages.
Recovery scams
People who post about losses online are targeted by "recovery agents" who promise to get money back for an upfront fee. They are scammers. No legitimate service asks for a fee to unlock a casino withdrawal, and no one can guarantee recovery from an offshore operator.
| Situation | Where to turn |
|---|---|
| Account or balance dispute | The operator, in writing; then the route named in its terms |
| Fraud or fake site | Your bank and your state or UT cyber cell |
| Stress, debt or compulsion | Tele MANAS: 14416 or 1800-891-4416 |

casinoinstant.biz is an independent guide. We cannot access accounts, recover money or contact operators on your behalf, and we never charge for help. We can explain the options above and correct our own pages if something is wrong.
